List of gfortran-ready libraries and packages

An opinion in this direction, from an end-user of GFortran. Perhaps 
a fairly complete "MathGFortranLibrary" that combines implementations 
of mathematical functions in one library for system-wide use and 
optimized to get peak performance. Such library would be in the style 
of the MKL one, e.g. with FFT, (full) ATLAS, LAPACK, as well as other 
matrix (transcendental?) libraries.
