gfortran 4.5 for Mac OSX 10.5.8?

Hi all, I apologize in advance if this is not the right email address to 
send silly questions like the following...

I'm trying to install gfortran 4.5 on my Mac running OSX 10.5.8.  I 
followed the link from http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries#MacOS and 
downloaded the binary labeled "Intel: download (2009-06-04; Tiger and 
Leopard)" (hosted at 
http://quatramaran.ens.fr/~coudert/gfortran/gfortran-macosx-x86.dmg).  
However, the unpacked binary yielded the folder 
"gfortran-4.5.0-x86_64-SnowLeopard", which, when installed, did not 
execute properly, presumably because it was designed for Snow Leopard.

Is the wrong file being associated with that link?  Or am I just being 
stupid?
