[patch,Fortran] PR 41777 - fix attribute usage for generics

Hi all,

I have not intent to send this message (in 2010). I think that it was
already fixed and I have no idea why the email server decided to send
the email again. Thus: Simply ignore it ...

PS: Talking about PR 41777, I think I should carefully check whether
anything remains to be fixed. I claimed so in the PR, but the last time
I tried, I couldn't find anything.
