ICE in resolve_typebound_procedure

Hello,
My F2003 code (the library that I am using to test the fortran-dev
branch stuff) is giving me this error when I try compiling with trunk:

f951: internal compiler error: in resolve_typebound_procedure, at
fortran/resolve.c:10023
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.


The library is NOT supposed to work at runtime with trunk, not until the
vtables stuff from fortran-dev is fixed and merged back, but previously
the build process used to complete; so, should I report this ICE?
