[Patch, Fortran, committed] Fix documentation of IALL, IANY, IPARITY

Hi all,

in a recent c.l.f. thread James van Buskirk noticed some obvious flaws
in the gfortran documentation:

In particular the section title of IANY was wrong, and the examples
given for IANY, IALL and IPARITY were completely bogus (all of them
returned random results, since the second entry of the input array was
undefined).
