I guess that this (taken from trans.h)

/* Mangled symbols take the form __module__name.  */
#define GFC_MAX_MANGLED_SYMBOL_LEN  (GFC_MAX_SYMBOL_LEN*2+4)

doesn't take into account how classes are mangled, so as a stopgap 
measure you can just push that number to a higher value.
