The patch is OK with a changelog. Do you have commit rights?

Especially, it has not necessarily optimized for 100% correct
NaN/INF/(sub|de)nominal numbers, though it should behave reasonable for
those.
(For complex functions I actually do know quite know how a INF/NaN in
the real/imaginary part should propagate to the imaginary/real part due
to the function; depending how one takes limits, the result can rather
different. For the complex trigonometric functions it should work
correct (1ULP) for "reasonable" numbers but gives too many NaNs if INFs
are involved - but also glibc is not consistent.)
