OOP on fortran-dev branch

As written yesterday in #gfortran, the branch is clean, but was quite
old. I updated it yesterday to the trunk - and did another small merge
now. It should now match the trunk as of now.

Please use a separate ChangeLog to make merging from/to the trunk
easier. Please also post the branch patches to fortran@/gcc-patches@.

(Janus: I really have only use "./svnmerge.py merge" + a diff to make it
is the same as the trunk (it was) + svn commit.)
