Your patch in http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2009-10/msg00138.html fixes
pr41629 only, while the Janus' patch in http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2009-10/msg00136.html
does more (see http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2009-10/msg00122.html ).
It also gives an error for the original code of pr41587.
