[Patch, Fortran, committed] correction for C_F_PROCPOINTER in intrinsic.texi

Hi all,

I just committed as obvious a patch to intrinsic.texi, which removes
an obsolete comment on C_F_PROCPOINTER (procedure pointers are
implemented now and this function *is* fully operable):
