gfortran graphics please

Bluntly, putting this into gfortran would be a Bad Idea.  A Very, Very
Bad Idea.  For the past 40 years, all graphics work has been done by
using add-on libraries, with the regrettable and temporary aberration
of BASIC on the early PCs.

There are largely portable libraries, but I am not the best person to
advise on them.
