i686-linux nightly builds / gfortran nighlies in general

I've managed to boot in "safe mode" (whatever that is) and I've  
started the build.

I somehow follow the development (look at the titles of mails in the  
mailing-list archives about once a week), and I intend to keep on  
building binaries, because I rely on them for my own use: I have a  
MacOS laptop and often have to run Fortran stuff on it, and I have to  
teach molecular simulation using Windows boxes, so I need a compiler  
(and cross-compiler) there. Other than that, I have little spare time  
and I decided to use Python and C++ for my new big work project, so I  
don't expect to contribute to gfortran's development (though life is  
full of surprises).
