Dear All,

I have cleared a regression and a TODO all at once:-)  The disliked
matching in check_host_association has now been removed and the
conversion done entirely by manipulation of the gfc_expr and its
appendages.  ChangeLogs will be engineered tomorrow - I'm off to bed!

Bootstraps and regtests on FC9/x86_64 - OK for trunk and for 4.3 in
the fullness of time?
