Hi all,

I'm interested in the iso interface for arrays discussed in this
document:
http://www.j3-fortran.org/doc/year/06/06-171.txt However, I'm not so
familiar with the procedures of the Fortran J3 group.

Are such technical reports only proposals for the next standard; and so
capable of being voted out? Alternatively, can I assume that given
enough
time, it should finally become part of a future standard?
(I assume the details of its interface can change in any case.)
