4.4 release date estimate?

Does anyone have an idea of when 4.4 will go from being a development branch
to being a release?  I'm working on an open-source project for which I
expect to do my first release in 2-3 months.  What really interests me are
features that have been discussed for 4.5 (most importantly the 'class'
keyword and 'final' procedures). At least once there exists a 4.5
development branch, I'll be able to tell users that support for these
features is imminent.
