Exactly so - In general, ICE's on valid, regressions, rejects valid or
wrong code will be new.  We're getting to be pretty good at fixing
those quickly; with a few weighty exceptions.  Where error messages,
ICEs on invalid and so on are concerned, you might enquire on the list
with some advantage.  Our "bug bashing" reports on the wiki might
prove to be useful in making the decision to go to Bugzilla.
