Comitted as r143053.

Also, while at it, I also committed r143054. There I removed the last TODO 
item from intrinsic.c (do simplify), line 3338 . The check in question is 
already implemented in intrinsic.c (gfc_intrinsic_func_interface), around line 
3700.
