Dear Richard,
Thanks for clarifying that yet again. We are trying to abide by the
rules but this is made very difficult by gfortran being maintained
entirely by volunteers; ie. we cannot easily depend on deadlines being
met because the effort cannot be guaranteed. If it's OK with you, we
will keep touching base to make sure that our input is not untimely.
