If you tell me precisely what you are trying to implement/support, I am
willing to try to make time to write a few test cases against the Fortran
standard and/or sanity.  Please note: the FORTRAN standard - I know that
aspect of IEEE 754 and C99 as well as anyone, but the latter is close to
untestable.

I don't currently have access to much except x86, though I can run quick
tests on Alphas and probably a SiCortex.
