[PATCH] Further debuginfo fixes for VLAs and nested functions

Hi,

the patch has no regressions/changes for GDB testsuite - as tested on x86_64
by gdb-6.8.50.20090302-21.fc11 (=FSF GDB snapshot with Archer and Fedora
patches/testcases).
