Flavored expressions

Hello All,

I preparing to backport some of my recent patches to gcc-4.3, I
noticed a number of

e->expr_type != FL_VARIABLE

in resolve.c.  Fortunately, FL_VARIABLE abd EXPR_VARIABLE have the
same numeric value:-)

I'll do a thorough check of gfortran over the next few days and fix it
as obvious.
