Compiles?

Hello:

I have a rather large program that appears to compile using gfortran;
however, it does not execute properly.  I am able to run it with g95,
but I upgraded to a 64-bit machine and wanted to see how gfortran
performed.

I'm using the basic compiling option (although I have tried other combinations):
gfortran file.f95 -ffree-line-length-none -o file.exe

I have only installed gfortran; is there something else I'm supposed to install?
