[Patch, wwwdocs] Update 4.4 release notes for Fortran & OpenMP

Hi all,

the attached patch updates the GCC 4.4 changelog, I hope I have not
forgotten any worthwhile Fortran change/feature.

Does it look OK - or do you have comments?

PS: I miss a release note entry for Graphite / -floop-block,
-floop-interchange, -floop-strip-mine.
