[Patch, Fortran] PR fortran/37411: Commit test-case

Hi,

after some debugging, I believe PR fortran/37411 is another "duplicate" 
of 37199 and was fixed by my patch for that PR.  I'd suggest to commit 
the following patch including the test from the PR and an assertion 
added where the segfault occurred and resolve the PR.  Is this ok?

I'm at the moment regression testing on GNU/Linux-x86-32 (for the 
assertion).
