please include g++ support when building gfortran binaries

Ok. I did not realize that the binaries are provided by a third party. I
sent the site owner (burnus at net-b.de) an email requesting this
enhancement.

I am not requesting the c++ support for the nightly builds of the latest
trunk. I am requesting it only for the final releases (4.3, 4.2 etc.,). Do
you know how much additional space is required for the final binaries when
c++ support is added?
