please include g++ support when building gfortran binaries

I am not having any significant issues with compiling the source code as
such. But downloading source and compiling requires large investment in
terms of space and time for the end user. If we are making the binaries
available anyway, we might as well make it more useful for common users by
providing the binaries which include most used languages (c, c++, fortran).
