The C changes in this patch
<http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2008-05/msg00248.html> are OK, provided
you've tested the Makefile.in changes by building protoize and by building
for a target using fix-header. Obviously, when committing you need to
rename the current versions of c-incpath.* rather than applying any patch
including older versions of them.
