[Patch,Fortran] Increase maximal array rank from 7 to 15 for Fortran 2008

The following patch allows arrays with a maximal rank (= "normal" rank + 
coarray rank) of 15 as required in the candidate draft of the Fortran 
2008 standard.

Build and check-gfortran'ed on x86-64.
OK for the trunk?
