Currently 3+myself have voted. For the fun of it, here is some early 
statistics (and thus statistically not very significant):

- Access to computing environment (4 - 0 - 0)
- Allocatable enhancement (2 - 1 - 1)
- Interop with C (2 - 1 - 0)
- Execute command line (2 - 1 - 0) <<<<<<
- More access control from modules (2 - 1 - 0)
- iomsg= and stram (2 - 1 - 0)
- strorage_size (2 - 0 - 0)
- Procedure pointers (1 - 2 - 1) <<<<<<<
- Type extension (1 - 2 -1) <<<<<<
- Submodule (1 - 2 - 1) <<<<<

Most used parallelization: OpenMP 2.5 and MPI 1
Most used compilers: gfortran and ifort, followed by g95 and NAG f95
Most used OS: Linux, then Windows, then Mac and FreeBSD.
Hardware: x86-32, x86-64, PowerPC, Sparc

Most requested unsupported feature is Fortran 2008's EXECUTE COMMAND 
LINE (COMMAND [, WAIT, EXITSTAT, CMDSTAT, CMDMSG ])  [F2008-CD, 13.7.57].

Followed by procedure pointers, submodules and type extension.
