Wiki page for 4.4 projects

Hi all,

I've moved the wiki page used for 4.3 projects to a new name:
http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortran44

Some of the 4.3 projects have become 4.4 projects, and I have added
some of the things I will do (rework the floating-point math functions
code in the front-end), some of the things I will do my best to tackle
(better debug info, in particular for modules) and some of the things
that I think are important to do, but can't promise anything :
handling (one way or another) the STDCALL calling convention on
Windows.

Please feel free to add your own projects (along with your name, so
that we know who wants to do what) and also stuff you think are
important to do in the near future.
