POSIX90

Dear list,

Jerry DeLisle wanted to create an intrinsic module for gfortran to access 
posix features. The NAG Fortran compiler, for example, offers such a feature. 
He then found my little project http://www.nongnu.org/posix90/ . How does the 
rest of the list feel about adding this as an intrinsic module to gfortran? 
And what should happen on non posix platforms? I appreciate any and all 
comments.
