[fortran,patch] Fix PR35150

[FX]

Hi all,

Attached patch is a trivial variant of my previous one for PR35150,
which takes care of both cases in that part of the code (rank == 0 and
rank > 0). It is regtested on x86_64-linux with both -m32 and -m64,
comes with the reduced testcases from Tobias, and I have checked that
f03gl now compiles OK with the patched gfortran. OK for mainline
(hopefully before Monday)?
