Procedure Pointer Components

Hi all,

here is a first patch for procedure pointer components. It does not
yet handle the actual calling of PPCs, and is not complete in any way,
but it's a start. I adapted Daniel's recent efforts for parsing
PASS/NOPASS/etc so that it correctly works with PPC. The patch also
includes some other random bits for parsing and resolution of PPC. I
will prepare some test cases soon. Any comments are highly welcome.
