Ouch, yeah, thanks.  Only the patch got displayed inline, its mime type 
is text/diff, whereas the others attachments are 
application/octet-stream.  Perhaps adding .txt to their filenames can 
trick your mailer into giving the a mimetype that is displayed inline 
everywhere.
