PR 26436 again?

Hi there, 
Using a self-compiled version of gcc 4.3.0 on an HP-Itanium 2 system
with Linux kernel 2.4.21, I have seen the (infamous) message 
/tmp/ccu6kPNd.s:24139: Warning: Use of 'mov' may violate WAW dependency 'GR%, % in 1 - 127' (impliedf), specific resource number is 14

from the subject PR. The assembler used is :
$ as -v
GNU assembler version 2.14.90.0.4 (ia64-redhat-linux) using BFD version 2.14.90.0.4 20030523

Is this something to be worried about? From bugzilla it looks like the
original problem was never fully fixed...
