It's certainly my pleasure.  Of course, a paper and a talk at the GCC 
Summit do not guarantee an implementation, but it is a first step.

Thanks to Dan, John, you and Tobias for your suggestions.  I tried to 
accommodate most (although some gave me different suggestions for 
improving the same paragraph :-) .
