[Patch, fortran] PR35946 and PR35947 - [4.3, 4.4 regression] wrong results with array constructor as arguments

I knew I was handling too many patches on too many machines
at the same time. Sorry for the mistake with due apologies.
I think this part of gfortran.dg/array_constructor_23.f has
to be moved to another test case for *86* platforms only.
