[libgfortran,committed] Remove a few warnings

Hi all,

I just committed the attached patch under the obvious rule, it fixes  
a few warnings that have creept into libgfortran. See PR 22423 for  
the details. Committed as obvious after bootstrap and regtesting on  
x86_64-linux.
