binaries for solaris

If you provide access to a solaris box so that we can build them, or
if someone steps in and want to do it, then yes. For now, none of the
gfortran developers has access to a solaris box to build them (I did
build sparc-solaris binaries but I stopped a year ago, IIRC. I don't
have access to that sparc-solaris machine anymore.)
