Fortran PDF "pocket" Reference

I have not worked on this since October 2007, but I do continue
to receive requests for it.

I have just checked, and it is still available at

the ODT file is the Open Office Document used to create the PDF.

If you feel you would like to contribute by trying your hand at creating
a FORTRAN 90/95/2003/etc Reference Card, feel free.
I was trying to develop a convenient user-reference for gnu fortran 4.3.0,
and cover as much as the "basics" as possible. It just can not be done in
just 1 or 2 pages :-)

Comments are still welcomed regarding the need for such a convenient
"all-in-one" reference.  Thank you for your interest and lets hope others
take on the task to show us their vision what a Fortran Reference PDF should
contain :-)
