Same for some Java.

I think the problem are those files which have been checked in between
the creation of the branch and the first initializing svnmerge run. I
tried to add some Java files manually, but this failed since svn claimed
that the files were already there. I asked via IRC at #gcc, but no one
had an idea how to fix it properly.
As the Fortran and C part seems to be ok, I thought then that we could
ignore it. (I still believe so.) For diffing, restricting to
libgfortran, gcc/testsuite/gfortran.dg and gcc/fortran should be enough
and those directories seem to be (fortunately) complete.
