[Patch, fortran] PR31692 - Wrong code when passing function name as result to procedures

Please find attached the new version of the patch.  The ChangeLogs
remain the same.  As you can see, most of the patch is now in the
logic and but a few lines are required in addition.  The need to
access the fake result declaration directly has now gone.

Bootstrapped and regtested on x86_ia64/FC5 - OK for trunk?
