You probably want --enable-version-specific-runtime-libs when
configuring if you're going to use the same prefix. That will cause it
to put libs in $prefix/lib/gcc/$target/x.y.z/ and
$prefix/libexec/gcc/$target/x.y.z/ where x.y.z is the version.
