Runtime error when using RECL

Dang, well I sure tried.  I will look at this tonight.  I suspect we
need to set bytes_left to RECL in the correct place in dtp_transfer_init
or st_rewind.  It should be getting set for each WRITE so the rewind
should not matter.

It may not be too lat eto get this into 4.2 since its a regression and
some of the traffic is implying other areas of gcc are getting tweaked
as well.

Thomas, if you beat me to it, thats OK too.
