gfortran build from trunk doesn't find etime anymore...

When looking at the source code of etime.c there is a version that is
external...
The intrinsic is a subroutine, whereas the external is a function
(which calls the intrinsic) (see
gcc.gnu.org/ml/fortran/2004-09/msg00236.html  for when it was added).
+ this used to work on the trunk also... Problem is recent...
