Paul: Unfortunate news: equiv_7.f90 is failing its execution test on 
powerpc_apple_darwin8.9.0 at all optimization levels.

I'll try to have a look at it in more detail sometime in the next couple 
of weeks, but right now I'm very swamped with trying to get my 
dissertation done.
