[Patch, fortran] Documentation for GFORTRAN_UNBUFFERED_* environment variables

Hi,

the attached patch adds documentation for the GFORTRAN_UNBUFFERED_n 
environment variables, and corrects the documentation for 
GFORTRAN_UNBUFFERED_ALL environment variable (it applies to input as 
well as output, and potential performance issues are not for large I/O 
but rather doing lots of small sequential I/O).

Ok for trunk?
