Status of Fortran ISO C Binding patch

Mark,

The code in the fortran-experiments branch that implements
the ISO C binding feature of Fortran 2003 is quite stable.
Unfortuantely, I won't have time to write up a ChangeLog
entry and generate the diff for additional testing before
the 15th June deadline for stage 1 projects.  Thus, this
project will slip to stage 2 when you re-open trunk.  Note,
this project makes no changes to other parts of GCC.
Hopefully, it is acceptable to commit this in early stage
2.
