wiki update and procedure decl question

Dear All,

Please find attached my initial attempt at abstract interfaces and 
procedure pointers.  The former is more or less OK but the latter is 
rather kludgy and focussed on getting a pointer assignment going...... 
which it doesn't... yet:)  The testcase compiles but the pointer 
assignment and the call to the duly assigned procedure pointer lead to 
linker errors.  At the moment, this is completely stalled because such 
little time that I have for gfortran is taken by character problems and 
the overlapping equivalence patch.  That being the case, I thought that 
I should circulate what I have done.
