Those, and the ones that you changed; any files that were changed should 
include the year(s) in which the changes were made in the list of 
copyright years at the top of the file.

New files consisting entirely of new code (instead of code moved from 
existing files) should include the year in which the file was created, 
and the years of any subsequent changes.
